The group was accused of plotting to assassinate government leaders, sabotage the power grid, block roads to hinder security responses, and destroy public/private property.

Police emphasized that these actions constitute terrorism under Tanzanian law, which encompasses conspiracy, incitement, and infrastructure destruction.Four suspects in Iringa were found with 155 explosives.Authorities stated legal proceedings continue, with more suspects expected to face court.The public is urged to remain law-abiding as investigations progress.
