Malayalam legend Mammootty and Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan shared the best actor award for 'Bramayugam' and 'Chandu Champion' respectively.

Other notable wins include Nag Ashwin's 'Kalki 2898 AD' for best popular film and Rajkumar Periasamy's 'Amaran' for best director.The awards, announced by jury chairperson Jayaraj, recognized films made in 2024.Additional accolades went to 'Swatantrya Veer Savarkar' as best debut film and 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' for best screenplay.The ceremony also highlighted regional films in various language categories, showcasing India's cinematic diversity.
