The documents, presented to the Madlanga commission, detail how Khan allegedly shared confidential intelligence with Sayed, facilitated efforts to neutralize Carnilinx competitors, and orchestrated the removal of former inspector-general Setlhomamaru Isaac Dintwe through parliamentary tactics.The allegations also include using SAPS resources to influence tender processes and providing sensitive information to Julius Malema.Sayed has denied colluding with Khan, but the commission seeks clarification on their relationship.
