A former member of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters-Dawlah Islamiya (BIFF-DI), implicated in the 2015 massacre of 44 Philippine National Police Special Action Force (SAF) commandos, was arrested in Mamasapano, Maguindanao del Sur.
