Arusha Urban MP Paul Makonda announced that stakeholders will cover all medical expenses to ensure these patients receive care without financial burden.Most affected individuals come from low-income families unable to afford procedures, prompting the committee to intervene.The camp involved 520 healthcare providers and 200 support staff, diagnosing high rates of non-communicable diseases like hypertension and diabetes.Surplus medical supplies and cash donations will sustain local services, with referrals starting immediately for further treatment.Makonda emphasized supporting patients through recovery to resume economic activities, urging health institutions and donors for collaboration.
