NMC Defends Philippines' Maritime Rights Amid China's Racist Video Controversy
A mural depicting the Philippines' maritime rights in the West Philippine Sea was unveiled in Baguio City to raise public awareness and commemorate the 10th anniversary of the 2016 Arbitral Award.
