Campbell man arrested twice for drug driving and breaching bail conditions

A 47-year-old man from Campbell has been arrested twice within 24 hours after allegedly breaching his bail conditions.Police stopped the driver's black BMW SUV on July 24, revealing he held a suspended licence and tested positive for methamphetamine and cocaine during a roadside drug test.He was granted watchhouse bail with conditions to not drive or possess vehicle keys.The same man was later spotted driving the same BMW on July 25, leading to his arrest for breaching bail.

Charged with two counts of driving while suspended, breaching bail, and driving with prescribed drugs in his blood, he is set to appear in court on July 27.The incident highlights repeated legal violations and the consequences of failing to comply with judicial conditions.
