Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) Field Marshal Asim Munir emphasized the importance of collective efforts by security forces and law enforcement agencies in achieving lasting peace in Balochistan.

Addressing the 20th National Workshop Balochistan, he highlighted the persistent threat posed by foreign-sponsored proxies aiming to destabilize the region.Munir assured that decisive military action, supported by public resilience, would counter these threats.He reiterated Pakistan's commitment to dismantling terrorist networks and targeting groups like Fitna al Khawarij and Fitna al Hindustan.

The CDF praised Balochistan's natural resources and patriotic populace, stressing that development initiatives by federal and provincial governments aim to transform the province's socio-economic landscape.He also called for national unity and collaboration with civil society, academia, and youth to ensure long-term peace and prosperity.The speech underscored the need for perseverance in maintaining national security and addressing regional challenges.
