Broken Lizard, a renowned comedy troupe, made an unexpected appearance at Limp Bizkit's concert during the Summer Of ’99 And Beyond Festival in Illinois.

Dressed as Vermont state troopers from their cult film franchise *Super Troopers*, the group staged a humorous interruption, claiming to issue a noise complaint against the band's performance.

The incident occurred towards the end of Limp Bizkit's set, with members of the troupe initially confusing some audience members before launching into a comedic tirade directed at the crowd.

Despite the disruption, the troupe eventually joined Limp Bizkit on stage for the closing rendition of 'Break Stuff', blending humor with the concert experience.The event highlighted the festival's focus on late-’90s and early-’00s rock acts, including Cypress Hill, Bush, and Puddle Of Mudd.Broken Lizard's antics also coincided with their promotional efforts for *Super Troopers 3*, set for release in August 2026.
