Cullie Chepng'etich Ruto, the daughter of Kenyan President William Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto, has successfully graduated from Heriot-Watt University’s Dubai campus with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture.The graduation ceremony, held on Thursday, July 2, was attended by her proud parents, who were seen celebrating the milestone alongside her.
