1’, revisits the track originally featured on their 2003 compilation ‘Let’s Make This Precious’ and reflects frontman Kevin Rowland's personal experiences, including his Irish upbringing in north-west London, family relationships, and formative memories.Produced by David Holmes, the album explores themes ranging from childhood nostalgia to late-life romance and reconciliation.
To celebrate the release, the band have announced an extensive UK and European tour for 2026, featuring both intimate in-store performances and full concert dates.Fans will have the opportunity to engage closely with the band, including Q&A sessions and vinyl signings.Additional London shows have been added due to popular demand.
Alongside these events, Rowland has shared anecdotes connecting his music to past experiences and influences, emphasising the personal nature of the album and his reflections on youth, music, and identity.
