Recent cases demonstrate the hotline's effectiveness: in Tondo, firefighters arrived within six minutes after a fire report, containing the blaze without casualties.In Dasmariñas City, police swiftly responded to a shooting incident, apprehending the suspect and providing medical aid.Similarly, first responders in Aringay, La Union, reached a stabbing scene within two minutes, preventing further escalation.The DILG noted that nearly 12 million calls have been handled since launch, underscoring public trust in the service.These incidents reinforce the value of immediate emergency reporting and rapid response coordination to mitigate crises.
