Farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher accused the Haryana government of erecting barricades and using cement blocks on the Ghaggar river bridge to block farmers' path to Delhi for the Kisan Mahapanchayat.The protest comes days after violence erupted during a previous rally by the Cockroach Janta Party.Meanwhile, Bharatiya Kisan Union chief Gurnam Singh Charuni was detained by police in Haryana while en route to Delhi, sparking further protests.Delhi Police issued traffic advisories for July 21 due to the demonstration at Kisan Ghat, urging commuters to avoid key junctions.The movement highlights growing tensions between farmers and policymakers over trade agreements affecting agricultural sectors.
