Ron, a 55-year-old HUD construction analyst, was furloughed for 43 days due to budget cuts initiated under Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency, leading him to reconsider his political allegiance.

Chrissey, a 50-year-old stay-at-home mom, cited concerns over Trump's handling of the Epstein files and immigration policies as additional reasons for distancing herself from MAGA.

The couple, who had supported Trump enthusiastically for years, including embracing the stolen election narrative and January 6 insurrectionists, now advocate for critical thinking and open-mindedness in political decision-making.They joined the 'Leaving MAGA' community to share their experience and encourage others questioning the GOP.
