The Geek Expo Australia is set to take place at Exhibition Park in Canberra this weekend, offering fans a chance to engage with comic creators, cosplay enthusiasts, and gaming communities.

Iconic characters from Marvel, DC, and other publishers will be brought to life by creators like David Yardin, who has worked on titles such as X-Men and Wonder Woman.Australian actor Matt Doran, known for his roles in The Matrix and Star Wars: Episode II, will also be in attendance.The event features cosplay, gaming booths, anime panels, and pop culture retailers, with activities running from 9am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Additional local events include the Winter in the City program, Creative Fibre day at the Old Bus Depot Markets, and the Christmas in July market in Queanbeyan.
