Minister of State for Youth Development, Joel Nanauka, tell National Assembly say government don design fresh guidelines wey dey ensure loans dey properly coordinated and tracked at local level.All people wey wan get loan must first go through entrepreneurship and financial management training.Government also work together with banks and NGOs to make sure say this training dey delivered well.This approach dey part of bigger economic empowerment programs, especially the 200 billion Tanzanian shilling fund for women and youth.Community development officers and youth officers dey help with timely guidance and support to entrepreneurs.Arusha women wey dey eligible go start collecting their loans from June 2026, after completing training.Government hope say with this approach, more women and youth go fit participate in productive business activities wey go boost national growth.
