A new Heritage Minute honouring Capt.Jonathan Snyder and the Canadian soldiers who served in Afghanistan is being filmed at CFB Wainwright.The one-minute production, set to air before Remembrance Day, recounts Snyder’s actions during a 2008 Taliban ambush where he saved numerous lives.Snyder, a member of the 1st Battalion, Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry, was killed on June 7, 2008, while on patrol in Afghanistan.
