Nollywood actress Jaiye Kuti has opened up about the growing lack of solidarity within the Nigerian film industry, criticizing how many actors and filmmakers avoid supporting each other during tough times.

During an interview on the Oyinmomo podcast, she highlighted that while many professionals face similar challenges, there's a culture of silence rather than collective problem-solving.

Kuti noted this attitude is straining relationships and making collaboration harder, especially given the high financial risks involved in film production.She explained that producers often bear immense pressure to recoup investments, yet the public rarely understands these struggles.
