The fourth edition of the Kaptagat Cycling Challenge has attracted a record 130 cyclists, marking a 30% increase in participation.The event, held in Elgeyo Marakwet County, combines elite competition with environmental conservation efforts.

The challenge is part of the Kaptagat Integrated Conservation Programme, linking sport, conservation, and livelihoods to support Kenya's environmental goals.
