Mohamed Bishar, a young Kenyan real estate developer, has officially started construction of the Silva Gigiri residential complex in Nairobi's Gigiri diplomatic area.The KSh 2 billion project, targeting Gold LEED certification, aims to set new standards in East African real estate.Bishar emphasized the project's role in creating jobs for Kenyan youth and improving international perceptions of local development capabilities.Partnering with Gulf Hotels Group, a Middle Eastern hospitality giant, the project reflects strong international collaboration.The 182-unit luxury building will take 30-36 months to complete, with Bishar confident of finishing ahead of schedule.The development aligns with Kenya's Vision 2030 goals and supports diplomatic efforts.Its focus on sustainable construction and energy efficiency positions it as a pioneer in environmentally responsible real estate in the region.
