A leadership crisis is brewing at the Border Communities Development Agency (BCDA) as Dr Dakorinama Alabo George, a governorship aspirant under the APC in Rivers State, remains in office despite being replaced by the Presidency with Abdulrazak Sa’ad Namdas.
