Human rights lawyer Femi Falana (SAN) is set to defend Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi in a high-profile legal case involving allegations of forgery, bribery, and impersonation.

Adeyemi accused Femi Gbajabiamila, Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu, of demanding N400 million and an additional N200 million for his appointment as head of a government agency.

The case alleges that Gbajabiamila forged official documents to create the illusion of a non-existent agency, the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC).

The Federal Government has filed eight charges against Adeyemi, including conspiracy, forgery, and impersonation, claiming he operated a fictitious agency.Police investigations revealed forged documents with fake signatures and seals, leading to Adeyemi's arrest.
