President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.is set to undertake a working visit to Singapore from July 14 to 16, 2026, as part of the Philippine government's continuing efforts to strengthen bilateral relations with one of its key partners in Southeast Asia.

According to Malacañang, the visit comes at an important time as Singapore prepares to assume the chairmanship of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) next year.During the trip, President Marcos is scheduled to pay a courtesy call on Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong.

Their discussions are expected to focus on expanding cooperation in trade and investment, environmental initiatives, healthcare, and other areas of mutual interest.

The two leaders are also expected to exchange views on regional and global developments while reaffirming their shared commitment to ASEAN centrality, regional stability, and stronger cooperation among member states.

Aside from official government engagements, President Marcos will participate in the Milken Institute Private Roundtable Discussion, where he is expected to meet with business executives and investors to promote investment opportunities and strengthen economic partnerships with the Philippines.

Meanwhile, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos is also scheduled to attend the Global Economic Cooperation East Summit, where she will deliver a message during the event.

The visit highlights the Philippine administration's continued diplomatic and economic engagement with Singapore, aiming to deepen strategic cooperation and encourage stronger partnerships that could benefit both countries in the years ahead.
