Troops seized 491 cartons of veterinary dewormer, 100 cartons of animal multivitamins, and additional medical supplies like Diclofenac Sodium Injection and Benzylpenicillin Sodium BP.They also recovered electronics, sacks, and mobile phones.Investigations suggest the goods were destined for a vendor in Chad and intended to bypass security checks.The suspects, handed over to the 24 Task Force Brigade, are being probed for their role in supporting terror activities.The military emphasized the importance of disrupting supply chains to prevent terrorists from accessing resources.
They urged pharmaceutical companies and transporters to ensure proper documentation and coordination with authorities to combat illegal exploitation of supply chains.Public cooperation remains critical to sustaining security in the region.
