Federal Minister for Health and MQM-Pakistan leader Syed Mustafa Kamal has accused the Sindh government of depriving Karachi of its rightful share of funds for 18 years, claiming the city contributed over 50% of Pakistan's revenue but received only 3% of the total funds.He highlighted the lack of basic facilities in schools across Sindh, rising child mortality rates, and the failure to implement the 18th Amendment.Kamal criticized the PPP-led government for not passing on federal funds to Karachi, leading to shortages in roads, hospitals, and education.He argued that Karachi's development has been stifled, with generations denied access to clean water and jobs.The MQM-P leader also called for the creation of new provinces, stating the current federal framework is outdated.

He emphasized the party's commitment to constitutional methods and vowed to take to the streets to demand Karachi's rights, accusing the government of oppression and neglect.
