The fourth edition of the 'Rain 40' football penalty shootout tournament will be held in Munnar, Kerala, on August 9 at the Munnar High Altitude Stadium.Organized by Greens Munnar, the event will feature 32 teams, with 16 from Idukki district and the remaining from other regions.The tournament aims to boost monsoon tourism in the area.Winners will receive ₹50,000 and a trophy, while runners-up will get ₹25,000, ₹15,000, and ₹10,000 respectively.The event is supported by several local organizations, including the KDHP Company and Munnar Lions Club.Ahead of the tournament, an anti-drug rally will be held in solidarity with the State government's 'Operation Toofan' initiative.The event starts at 10 a.m., offering a mix of sports and community engagement.
