The protest is in response to alleged mistreatment of Nigerians and their businesses in South Africa, including xenophobic attacks and looting incidents.NANS President urged Nigerians to switch to local telecoms and banks, promising peaceful demonstrations.The student body claims they have the power to mobilize over 60 million youths to pressure these companies.They also warned against supporting South African-owned businesses, emphasizing support for Nigerian-owned alternatives.Despite tensions, the protest remains non-violent, with calls for diplomatic solutions from both Nigeria and South Africa.
