Companies like DD Cyrusrex Enterprise and Digma Integrated Services Limited were flagged for being recently incorporated, raising questions about their eligibility.The audit also found no records for Phenkens Nigeria Limited, adding to suspicions of irregularities.

This follows previous allegations of corruption and mismanagement at OSOPADEC, prompting calls for greater accountability in managing public funds for development projects.
