Prime Minister’s Adviser on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah has expressed concerns that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s recent remarks could exacerbate political tensions.

During a Geo News programme 'Jirga', Sanaullah criticized Bilawal’s comments about Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, calling them inappropriate and urging the PPP chairman to speak as a national leader rather than promoting hatred.

The PML-N leader also highlighted the government’s support for the AJK government’s decision to ban the Joint Action Committee, accusing Bilawal of opposing this move.

Bilawal, in turn, challenged the PML-N, predicting a historic defeat in the upcoming AJK elections and demanding a truth and reconciliation commission to address the region’s issues.He also called for restored internet services in AJK, emphasizing that the Kashmiri people should decide their future.

The exchange underscores deepening political rivalry between the two major parties, with both sides accusing each other of undermining national unity and regional stability.
