President Samia Suluhu Hassan has sworn in two deputy permanent secretaries and witnessed four senior government officials take the Public Leadership Oath of Integrity.The appointments reflect the government's confidence in the leaders, who were urged to serve with integrity, cooperation, and without favoritism.

The newly appointed officials include Dr Latifa Mohammed Khamis and Ms Prisca Burton Lwangili, who will oversee Union Affairs and Public Service Management respectively.

President Hassan emphasized the importance of prioritizing citizens' interests and national development, calling on leaders to work collaboratively to address challenges affecting the Union and environment.She also directed authorities to accelerate infrastructure projects and improve access to justice through legal aid campaigns.

The Tanzania National Parks Authority and Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation were instructed to enhance conservation efforts and media professionalism.The President's focus on anti-corruption and efficient public service aligns with her commitment to national progress.
