The Last Dinner Party release new single ‘Knocking At The Sky’ from ‘From The Pyre’ deluxe edition
Queens Of The Stone Age have released their new single 'Easy Street', a psychedelic track that blends acoustic guitar with synth elements. The song, produced by Josh Homme and Michael Shuman, features Nikki Lane's gravelly vocals and captures the band's signature raw energy.
Homme described the track as an imperfect yet authentic reflection of life's imperfections, stating, "It’s about understanding the imperfection of your life." The single marks their first new material since 2023's 'In Times New Roman…' album. The music video, directed by Tony Wolski and Christopher Gruse, features a surreal narrative involving Homme evading various pursuers.Fans noted the song's departure from QOTSA's usual style, with some comparing it to flamenco rhythms and David Bowie's 'Heroes'.The band is currently touring with System Of A Down and will perform at London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.Their recent live performances included deep cuts from 2007's 'Era Vulgaris' album and new material debuted in the Royal Albert Hall.Homme has expressed a desire to accelerate their creative output after a six-year gap between albums.
