A banned militant group, the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC), launched an attack on security forces at the Matial Maira bus terminal in Rawalakot, resulting in the martyrdom of one Rangers personnel and injuries to another.The incident occurred early on Tuesday when armed JAAC members opened fire in a civilian area, prompting police and security forces to intervene.During the operation, explosives were used, and the area was cleared of armed JAAC members and protesters.
