Senator Ipalibo Harry Banigo, representing Rivers West, addressed 140 youths who recently completed training in lithium-ion-based street light installation and maintenance.The senator emphasized that the youths should not complain but focus on advancing society using the skills acquired.

The training, organized by Banigo’s office and facilitated by Bilview Energy Limited, aimed to empower the youths with practical skills that can drive community development.

Banigo praised President Tinubu and Senate President Godswill Akpabio for supporting the initiative, urging the graduates to apply their knowledge beyond certificates.

The program, part of the Renewed Hope Agenda, equipped participants with renewable energy skills, opening career paths in solar installation, battery maintenance, and community projects.Of the 140 trained, 110 received full empowerment with equipment and funding.

The initiative highlights the importance of youth engagement in national development, encouraging them to take active roles in building a better future for Nigeria.
