On one hand, e fit improve participation and make process more democratic, but on the other hand, if no proper transparency and management, e fit also create more confusion and conflict within parties.He stress say despite the flaws, the fact say primaries still dey happen show say some form of democratic process still dey alive.
The former Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission also warn say weak internal democracy inside political parties fit affect governance outcome because parties remain the main structure wey produce candidates for elections.
He call on parties to strengthen their internal rules, improve transparency, and reduce factional battles as Nigeria dey move closer to 2027 elections.
