In a significant security operation, Pakistani military forces have eliminated at least 24 terrorists linked to the Indian-backed Fitna Al-Khwarij group in Bannu district.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed that the operation was launched in response to a surge in terrorist activities, including vehicle-borne suicide bombings targeting law enforcement and civilians.The militants were actively involved in multiple attacks and had recovered weapons and ammunition during the operation.

ISPR emphasized that security forces will continue their efforts to eradicate foreign-sponsored terrorism under the 'Azm-e-Istehkam' campaign.

The military's media wing highlighted the need for sustained counter-terrorism measures to protect national security, stating that perpetrators of such acts will face justice.This operation underscores Pakistan's ongoing struggle against cross-border terror threats and its commitment to maintaining regional stability.
