A Mack flatbed truck suffered brake failure and crashed into multiple vehicles on LASU–Isheri Road in Igando, Lagos, injuring three people.The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) confirmed the incident, stating the truck lost control and collided with a Toyota Sienna and two tricycles, causing a major multi-vehicle crash.Emergency responders swiftly arrived at the scene, rescuing trapped victims and managing traffic.Three occupants, including two females, sustained severe fractures and were taken to El-Shaddai Hospital for treatment.LASTMA officials coordinated with the Iba Police Division to clear the accident site and restore traffic flow.
