Sheryl Chepkirui and Beryl Chepkogei, twin sisters from Uasin Gishu County, enrolled at Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) Mbuvo Campus for the March 2025 intake.

Their decision to study Occupational Therapy was influenced by their cousin living with cerebral palsy, whose daily struggles shaped their career path.The twins attended Tuiyobei Primary School and later AIC Besiebor Primary School before joining Ndalat Gaa Girls Secondary School in Nandi County.They discovered KMTC through TikTok videos and friends already studying there.

Occupational Therapy appealed to them because the course focuses on helping people with physical, mental, or developmental challenges live independently.As twins, they balance collaborative study sessions with individual progress.Sheryl aims to work in hospitals and rehabilitation centers, while Beryl is interested in paediatrics and community-based rehab.They hope to collaborate professionally but remain open to separate paths as long as their work makes a difference.
