A two-year-old boy, Emilio Lindeman Jr, was shot in Kensington by unidentified gunmen while walking with his mother in Glider Crescent.The incident occurred around 10:10pm on Saturday night when suspects on a motorbike targeted the family.Emilio was struck twice, with a bullet lodged in his collarbone and another removed from his arm.Doctors warn that removing the collarbone bullet could impair his ability to walk, though he remains in intensive care.The family, who have faced gang violence for years, described the attack as senseless, noting that the suspects were not present at their home.A relative recounted how the mother pleaded with the shooters to spare her son, but they proceeded to fire at the man running with them.The family now demands justice, urging police to arrest the perpetrators.Provincial Police confirmed an attempted murder investigation is underway.The case highlights ongoing gang-related violence in the area, with residents living in fear of further attacks.
