Union Education Minister JP Nadda called for a parliamentary discussion on alleged examination paper leaks, urging the Opposition not to politicise the issue.He highlighted cases in non-BJP governed states like West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, and Punjab where such incidents were reported.The remarks came after Congress leader Rahul Gandhi demanded Prime Minister Narendra Modi apologise for police crackdowns during youth protests.Nadda accused Gandhi of selectively focusing on paper leak allegations while downplaying other governance issues.The minister also mentioned that investigations would be conducted into claims of over 150 leaked exam papers in the past decade.

Meanwhile, protests against police action during rallies continued, with leaders like Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Akhilesh Yadav detained for participating in demonstrations.Nadda stressed the need for a collaborative approach to address systemic issues in examination conduct across states.
