U.S.Vice President JD Vance is leasing a portion of the Wolver Hill Farm, a sprawling property spanning nearly 500 acres in Middleburg, Virginia, to serve as an additional residence for his family.The decision comes amid efforts to provide his wife and three children with a sense of normalcy away from public scrutiny.

Owned by Charles Kuhn's firm, the farm is part of a larger landholding portfolio that includes significant real estate investments and data center developments in Virginia.Kuhn, known for moving presidents through his company, recently sold a 100-acre parcel to a data center investor for $615 million.Vance's family will reside at the property while maintaining their official residence at the Naval Observatory.The lease agreement ensures market-rate payment, as confirmed by Vance's attorney, Chris Ashby.

This move places Vance among other political figures who have utilized Middleburg's secluded setting for personal or campaign purposes, including former presidents John F.Kennedy and Ronald Reagan.
