Social activist Anna Hazare has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging the government to engage in dialogue and consider the resignation of ministers as a measure for accountability.

The letter comes amid widespread protests led by the CJP movement and climate activist Sonam Wangchuk's hunger strike, which are demanding the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over alleged NEET exam irregularities.

Hazare highlighted concerns about police brutality against students and peaceful protesters, emphasizing the need for accountability rather than treating protests as law-and-order issues.

He also raised alarms about reports of 22 students dying by suicide following the cancellation of the medical entrance exam, citing repeated allegations of question paper leaks in NEET exams since 2024.Hazare stressed that holding ministers accountable would strengthen governance and align with Gandhian principles of democratic values.
