Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi has written to Chief Minister Hemant Soren demanding a judicial inquiry into alleged financial scams in the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS).The letter alleges forged bank guarantees, illegal payments to blacklisted companies, and a scam worth crores of rupees.

Marandi claims documents show companies previously blacklisted for fake guarantees were paid ₹55 crore after being removed from the blacklist by current officials.He questions why no action was taken against involved secretaries despite similar cases.

The leader demands a special audit by CAG or independent agency, recovery of funds if wrongdoing is proven, and an immediate ban on contracts with these companies.He also calls for an Anti-Corruption Bureau investigation, highlighting concerns about political influence and misuse of public funds.
