Green Day's frontman Billie Joe Armstrong has announced a limited-edition Radiant Red Epiphone Les Paul Junior guitar and a Marshall Artist Signature amplifier, marking his first collaboration with the amplifier brand.

The guitar, developed in partnership with Epiphone, features a bright red finish, a single-cutaway mahogany body, a set mahogany neck with a '50s Vintage profile, and a rosewood fretboard.

It includes a single Epiphone P-90 PRO pickup, two controls, and a nickel-plated Lightning Bar bridge, with Armstrong's signature on the headstock.The guitar is available globally through authorised retailers and is priced at £489 in the UK.

Armstrong also partnered with Marshall to create the 1959BJA Artist Signature amplifier, inspired by his iconic 'Blue' guitar and featuring a 'Dookie Mod' tone.The amplifier, based on Marshall's 1959HW platform, includes brass and silver panel details and his signature on both panels.Armstrong praised the amps as integral to his musical journey, stating, 'Turn it the fuck up!

' The announcement follows the release of Green Day's album 'Saviors' and their upcoming film 'Nimrods', which includes unreleased tracks and a new song.

Armstrong also performed with his covers band The Coverups, featuring Iron Maiden's Bruce Dickinson, and highlighted his continued creative output in music and film.
