Morgan was also an active member of St Paul’s Anglican Church in Conville, where he served as an altar boy, and he was known for openly expressing his faith in videos shared online.

At Outeniqua Primary School, where he was a Grade 6 learner, classmates and teachers paid tribute to him, describing him as a talented, energetic, and much-loved pupil.Some learners referred to him as the “GOAT” in affectionate remembrance of his sporting talent and personality.
