The defense team in Vice President Sara Duterte's impeachment trial has raised concerns about the timeline of affidavits submitted by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to the Department of Justice.

Defense counsel Mark Vinluan highlighted discrepancies in the receiving dates of documents, noting a significant gap from February 12 to January 30, 2025.
