The directive prohibits all vehicular and human movement during this period but allows exemptions for election officials, accredited observers, media personnel, security agencies, emergency responders, and essential service providers.Police warned that anyone violating the restriction or causing disruptions will face arrest and prosecution.Commissioner Monday Agbonika assured residents of adequate security measures and urged voters to remain peaceful while exercising their civic duties.The collaboration with other security agencies aims to prevent any breakdown of law and order during the elections.
