EFInA through their Inclusion for All (I4All) initiative don successfully complete consumer protection sensitisation programmes for people for Mani and Malumfashi Local Government Areas for Katsina State.The programme wey happen on April 25 and 26 reach more than one thousand residents.

Chinasa Collins-Ogbuo from EFInA explain say the sessions no be just ordinary awareness but na opportunity for people to ask questions directly from regulators and get correct answers.
Dem discuss plenty things like agency banking, ATM disputes, BVN protection and the important role wey POS agents dey play to expand financial access.After the event for Malumfashi, many participants show better understanding and their trust for regulators increase well well.
Even though some challenges still dey like fake credit schemes and unresolved transactions, EFInA say the insights from this programme go help shape better policies for future.This kind initiative dey very key for building trust and improving financial literacy for rural communities for Nigeria.
