Joan Cusack, the acclaimed American actress, made her first red carpet appearance in 11 years at the London premiere of Toy Story 5.Now 63, Cusack looked effortlessly elegant in a white button-up shirt paired with a long, high-waisted black skirt, accessorised with a silver watch and eyeglasses.She wore her brunette hair in a bob with a centre-parted fringe.
Known for her roles in Working Girl (1988), In & Out (1997), Addams Family Values (1993), and School of Rock (2003), Cusack has earned two Best Supporting Actress Oscar nominations and a Primetime Emmy Award for her work on Shameless.
At the premiere, she reprised her voice role as the cowgirl toy Jessie, sharing the spotlight with co-stars Tom Hanks and Tim Allen, the voices behind Woody and Buzz Lightyear.Cusack attended the event with her husband, Richard Burke, CEO of Envoy, who has been married to her since 1996.The couple have two sons, Dylan John and Miles.
For the past 15 years, Cusack has largely stepped away from Hollywood to lead a more private life in Chicago, where she owns a gift shop named Judy Maxwell Home.
Toy Story 5 will follow the beloved characters as they navigate modern childhood obsessions with electronics, continuing the franchise's legacy when it hits cinemas on 19 June.
