TMC Rebel Group Gains Support as Allegations Against Abhishek Banerjee Emerge
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking a meeting to address concerns regarding the implementation of E20 petrol.
In the letter, Kejriwal has demanded that fuel stations provide both pure petrol and E20 petrol options, emphasizing that customers should have the choice to select either fuel type.He also highlighted the need for lower prices for ethanol-blended petrol, as E20 provides lower mileage compared to regular petrol.
Kejriwal mentioned that his party has initiated an online petition to gather citizens' experiences with E20 petrol, urging people to share their concerns about mileage and other issues.
He appealed to the public to sign the petition extensively, stating that all collected responses will be submitted to the Prime Minister during their meeting.
The AAP leader expressed hope that Modi will grant the meeting soon and urged party workers and others to visit petrol pumps, interact with consumers, and share their experiences through social media videos.
This development comes amid ongoing debates about the transition to ethanol-blended fuels in India, with varying opinions from political leaders and consumers.
