Obi talk say the blogger and others wey never catch dem publish story say Elumelu divorce him wife after DNA test show say none of him seven pikin na him own.The posts, wey dem spread for social media around April 5, 2026, reach about 1.9 million views with over 1,600 reposts and 6,300 likes.According to prosecution, this kain publication fit cause hatred, ridicule and spoil Elumelu family reputation.Sections 27(1)(b), 24(1)(b) and 24(2)(a) of the Cybercrimes Act 2015, plus Sections 373 and 375 of Criminal Code dey involved.Surpruchi plead not guilty.Defence lawyer, Anslem Etoh, talk say bail application dey still process, so court adjourn till June 19, 2026, for bail hearing.Meanwhile, Surpruchi go remain with Nigerian Correctional Service till dem finish the matter.
